Junior Infant Tour to Bunratty Castle

We had the best day in Bunratty today. We got to explore a castle and we met 2 princesses 👸 👸.  The stairs were so narrow!! We visited lots of the houses in the folk park. Our favourite were the school house and the surgery. The teacher in the schoolhouse told us all about school in the past. The doctor showed us herbs used for healing and we tasted them!! We saw lots of animals including peacocks, pigs, chickens and 2 dogs named Rian and Míde. We had a yummy picnic with treats and then we played in the playground. We all loved the zip wire, slide and bridge and basket swing. We all shouted so loud when we drove through the Limerick Tunnel!! We are tired now and need a nap!!!
